Harper has led pharmaceutical operations across supply chain management, medical devices and biologics development, clinical and regulatory leadership, and vaccine development.

At Novavax Inc., Harper spearheaded the development and implementation of the company’s enterprise-wide business continuity program, ensuring operational resilience during challenging times. She also collaborated closely with the FDA and the vaccine task force on vaccine development and distribution efforts.

Harper’s background also includes serving as a consultant at SP Associates and conducting clinical research as a Clinical Investigator at Boston Children’s Hospital.
